CAN I PURCHASE D•CURVE PRODUCTS ONLINE?
Yes, you can purchase all D•CURVE products right here on our website. However, we always encourage supporting your local retailer.

IF I ORDER D•CURVE PRODUCTS THROUGH THE WEBSITE, WHAT’S THE SHIPPING POLICY?
D•CURVE will process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. All D•CURVE products purchased through our website will be shipped from our headquarters location in Denver, Colorado and will use USPS, UPS or FedEx as their mail carrier in the continental 48 US states unless otherwise specified. For the time being, we are unable to ship internationally from dcurve.com. If you are attempting to make an international purchase, please contact us directly at info@DCURVE.com. D•CURVE will use U.S. Mail for any location outside the continental 48 US states, unless otherwise specified.

Please note that if you are shipping to a Colorado location, there is no need to purchase express shipping as standard shipping will arrive within 2-3 business days. Thank you!

WHAT IS D•CURVE’S RETURN POLICY?
D•CURVE prides itself on providing a quality product and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from DCURVE.com, we want to make it right. You may return your D•CURVE products for credit within 30 days of your purchase date. All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with original packaging, in new and salable condition, for credit. (Salable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.)  Click here to initiate a return.

HOW DOES FREE SHIPPING WORK?

If your order totals $250 or more, you qualify for free ground shipping.  At checkout, just make sure that the “Free Shipping” option is selected.  This is a limited-time offer.  Some restrictions apply:

  • Available only on orders of $250 or more
  • Available for orders shipped to the contiguous United States only (excludes Alaska & Hawaii)
  • Not valid on pre-orders or backorders

WHAT IS THE D•CURVE WARRANTY?

HOW DO I DETERMINE IF MY OPTICS WILL BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
D•CURVE products (sunglasses and goggles) are warrantied for life from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an Authorized Dealer that clearly shows the purchase date. The D•CURVE warranty does not cover any lens scratches, item loss, or accidental breakage.

If you are in doubt, give our Customer Service department a call toll free at 800.854.2072. Our hours are 8am – 6pm MST, Monday – Friday.

Note: All incidents will need to be physically inspected to verify warranty status.

SUBSTITUTION OF DISCONTINUED STYLES:
If you make a warranty claim on a sunglasses model that is no longer available, D•CURVE reserves the right to send you a replacement piece of similar style and fit. Please see our warranty section or contact us directly for more information.

CAN I BUY REPLACEMENT LENSES FOR MY D•CURVE PRODUCTS?
Yes, we sell extra lenses for the interchangeable style products only. Please contact our customer service department at info@dcurve.com, and we will be happy to assist you. Sorry, replacement lenses are not available for other D•CURVE styles with fixed lenses.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON LENS SCRATCHES?
Scratches are not considered a manufacturer’s defect and are not covered under the two-year warranty. Lens scratches are the result of something coming into contact with the lenses and not a defect of the materials.

WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE MY RECEIPT FOR MY PRODUCTS, CAN YOU STILL REPAIR THEM?
We love our customers and will work with you whether you have your proof of purchase or not. When sending in your repair, provide us with the name of the retailer and approximate date of purchase and we will be happy to look at your glasses and determine the warranty status of the damage in question.

Along with any previous history, we will determine if your repair would be considered under the warranty.

TECHNICAL:

DO YOU SELL OTHER LENS TINTS FOR MY D•CURVE SUNGLASSES?
The only lens tints available are the tints that come with the glasses originally. For example, if you purchase a pair of premium interchangeable sunglasses, we offer replacements for all 3 different tints: smoke, copper, and clear.

WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF POLARIZED LENSES?
A polarized lens performs in a similar way to a standard, non-polarized lens, until you get into intense reflective glare situations, like being on or near the water, or a flat, hard surface on a bright, sunny day. Then, the polarized lens filter eliminates 99.9% of this reflective glare, helping to enhance overall visibility. If you have more questions regarding polarization and how this feature can improve the overall performance of your sunglasses, please do not hesitate to contact us.

DO D•CURVE SUNGLASSES OFFER 100% UV PROTECTION?
Yes, they do. All D•CURVE lenses filter out 100% of dangerous UV rays, so you can rest assured that your sunglasses are protecting your eyes from long-term sun damage.

ARE D•CURVE SUNGLASSES SAFETY GLASSES?
No, D•CURVE Eyewear does not meet the ANSI Z87.1 industrial safety standards and should not be considered a permanent shield against injury. All lenses do pass the ANSI Z80.3 standards for general purpose usage. This means that they will provide excellent protection for general active lifestyle conditions: biking, skiing, running, golfing, rafting, sailing, climbing, hiking, etc.

CAN YOU SEND ME PARTS FOR MY SUNGLASSES OR GOGGLES?
Yes, we sell extra goggle foam, goggle straps, goggle lenses, and sunglass lenses for the interchangeable style products only.

HOW DO I CARE FOR D•CURVE GOGGLES?
The best way to clean your goggles is to gently wipe the surface of the lens with the interior of the protective bag provided. DO NOT soak or submerge the lens. Do not use cleaning solutions or chemicals.

To care for the goggle frame, be sure to remove the lens. THEN, wash the entire frame and strap in the sink with mild dish soap. Once the frame has dried you can replace the lens.

CAN I ORDER NOSE PADS?
If you are in need of nose pads, we will happily send you those replacements at no cost for as long as they are available. Simply call Customer Service toll free at 800.854.2072 from 8am – 6pm MST, Monday – Friday. Please have your glasses handy so we can verify your style and ensure the proper nose pads are sent out.
